Administrative Services Supervisor

 

As Administrative Services Supervisor, Lois supervises the front reception area and assists the executive staff with special projects.  She coordinates the recruiting, interviewing and orientation of new employees, compiles payroll information and helps with the daily operation of running the HKFS office.

 

Lois was previously employed with The Ertl Company, Inc. in Dyersville, Iowa in their Human Resources Department before joining HKFS in June 1999.

 

Lois calls Dyersville, Iowa home along with her husband Dennis.  They have two children, Holly (Dave) Moorman and Brian (deceased).  They also have three grandsons, Austin, Alex and Cash.  Lois enjoys gardening, traveling whenever possible, going to sporting/school events to watch their grandsons and spending time with family and friends.
