Dick is our Vice President & Director of Retirement Services. He manages the HKFS Retirement Plan Administration Division which provides consulting, compliance, recordkeeping and other administrative services primarily for 401(k) plans. The Retirement Plan Administration Division helps HKFS to not only provide investment services to its retirement plan business, but also helps to handle all aspects of retirement plan services by providing the employer/plan sponsors with a much more simple and efficient service.

Dick is an Attorney and a member of the Iowa State Bar and Des Moines County Bar Associations. He holds the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the American Banker’s Association.

Dick earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree with a History major from the University of Iowa and he holds a Doctorate of Law from the College of Law of the University of Iowa. He serves on the Board for the Young House Family Services Foundation in Burlington which provides services for at-risk youth.

Prior to joining HKFS in May 2010, Dick was Vice President & Trust Officer at Two Rivers Bank & Trust in Burlington, Iowa.
