JoAnn Kramer
RIA Operations Manager
JoAnn Kramer is our RIA Operations Manager. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Asset Management Accounts Team (which is responsible for setting up new accounts, tracking transfer of assets, reconciliation of client data, monthly and quarterly client reporting, and quarterly management fee collection and fee sharing with our CPA affiliates; this team works with custodians such as Charles Schwab, SEI, and Goldman Sachs). The administrative assistants of our CPA affiliates are trained by JoAnn in regards to forms and websites they’ll be using for opening and maintaining RIA accounts.
JoAnn is a past member of the Schwab Technology Operations and Services Board. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Studies from the University of Northern Iowa.
She joined HKFS in July 2000.
