Recruiting Manager
As the Recruiting Manager, Bob assists in identifying and recruiting CPA Firms to utilize our professional financial services programs. Once engaged, he also assists the CPA firm in creating a profitable professional financial services practice complimenting their existing tax and accounting practice.
Bob graduated from Loras College in Dubuque with a BA in history and education. He received his Masters Degree from St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, Maryland in Theology.
Bob previously co-owned Anderson Auto Inc. located in Dubuque with his brother. Before that, he managed the Retail Sector of Dubuque Bank & Trust. Bob brings over twenty-five years of management experience in the financial services/insurance industry.
Bob and his wife Debbie reside in Dubuque, Iowa and have two adult children: Bo and Meghan. In his spare time, Bob enjoys golfing, spending time with family and serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Dubuque.
