Kathy Waterman is a Senior Portfolio Analyst. She assists the HKFS RIA Division in the following areas: monitoring account compliance to each client’s Investment Policy Statement (IPS); placing of trades; preparing portfolio analysis through Morningstar Principia Pro; and preparing investment portfolio audits, month-end and quarter-end account reviews. As a team member of the HKFS RIA Division, Kathy acts as an internal advisor on designated accounts by conducting quarterly reviews and corresponding with the assigned Financial Advisor to ensure accounts are managed to their IPS. She oversees separately managed accounts (SMAs), money mangers, and due diligence reporting. Kathy also supports internal advisors with business development, new client opportunities, and client meetings.

Kathy has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Upper Iowa University. Currently, she serves on the Parish Council for her church.

She joined HKFS in March 2004.
